Welcome to MilSpouse Monday!
We proudly spotlight a new military spouse every Monday, sharing their story—their journey, ambitions, and achievements—across our LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram platforms.
MilSpouse Monday is more than a feature—it’s a platform for recognition, visibility, and impact. By elevating these voices, we amplify awareness, strengthen support for the military spouse community, and help create meaningful opportunities that enrich both their lives and the lives of their families.
CRITERIA
To qualify, a portion of your marriage must have overlapped with your spouse’s active military service, demonstrating the commitment and sacrifices made during military life.
If you would like to be featured, we invite you to complete the form below and share the following information. This is your opportunity to tell your story and inspire others across the MilSpouse community:
- Current photo (just you) – A high-quality image is preferred, ideally a headshot (waist up).
- Your spouse’s branch of service
- Brief bio (150 words or less) – Highlight your story, including where you’re from, your journey as a military spouse, educational and career achievements, and any family details you’d like to share (spouse, children, etc.).

This #MilSpouse Monday, we recognize Stephani Shepherd. Stephani has been a proud military spouse to Victor for 12 years. She and Victor met in undergrad while he was an ROTC cadet. Since marrying in 2013, they’ve lived at five duty stations with Stuttgart, Germany being their shared favorite. Now raising two children, ages 8 and 10, their family embraces the ever-changing military life with the motto, “Never Stop Exploring.”
A God-led path and military journey moved Stephani to become a multihyphenate entrepreneur. Through her brand, Great Life is a Must, she shares life lessons and encouragement for women and moms, helping them break free from limitations and step into their “And Era.” She is also a Global Venue Finder, assisting companies in sourcing hotels for their large meetings and events. When she’s not working, Stephani is likely traveling and eating her way through a new city.
